The goal of Cheap Charlies Test Prep Academy is very simple.  We're dedicated to providing an inexpensive but effective means to mastering the skills needed to become effective helpdesk and desktop support technicians.  These are in-demand jobs with decent wages and a career ladder.
 

This is not a self-paced program.  All of our courses are taught by certified and experienced IT professionals.
